Congress

1)  Congressman Bobby Rush's HR 20 The Melanie Blocker Stokes Postpartum Depression Research and Care Act was passed on October 15, 2007  in the 110th Congress by a vote of 382 - 3.  This bill now joins forces with the MOTHER'S Act as it moves to the Senate.

Senate:

2)  Senator Menendez has introduced the MOTHER'S ACT S1375 in the Senate Contact your Senators and ask them to support S1375.
